Andrea Navedo

Andrea Navedo is an American actress, and also an author. She started her career with the daytime soap operas One Life to Live and Guiding Light and in later years had several support roles on primetime TV. Andrea Navedo was born 10 October 1977 at The Bronx New York United States. Navedo began her professional acting career on daytime soap operas. She starred in the ABC soap drama One Life to Live as Linda Soto from 1995 to 1997. The actress made her debut on The CBS soap Guiding Light in 1999 as Theresa Sandoval. The film debut of her was with a part in Girl 6 in 1996. Her next film was as a character in New York Undercover, and The District. In 2001 Navedo co-starred in the action comedy Double Take. Double Take and the following year was the drama Washington Heights. From 2001 to 2004 Navedo was a frequent character on the NBC crime drama Law & Order as Detective Ana Cordova. Then he appeared on Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages and Blue Bloods. Navedo has appeared in several different films, like El Cantante or Remember Me. From 2011 until 2013 Navedo played recurring roles for How to Make It in America Golden Boy and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. The comedic film Superfast! The Fast and the Furious parody released in 2015 was a parody on the Fast and the Fast and the Furious film series. Navedo began her professional acting career with the morning soap operas. Between 1995 and 1997, she played Linda Soto on ABC's soap drama One Life to Live. In 1999, she was Theresa Sandoval in the CBS soap drama Guiding Light. In 1996 she made her first appearance on film, playing a character in Girl 6. She later was a guest actor as a guest star in New York Undercover (1996) and The District. Navedo was the lead in Double Take, an action-comedy film released in 2001.
